When you think of reliquaries it is not uncommon to think of the type that are a bit like a small monstrance, however reliquaries can and often have had much more 'evocative' forms -- very frequently taking the form of a bust of the saint or blessed, or in other instances, taking the form of a human arm or whatnot.
